Critical action required: 59 votes needed for quorum
The election will count only if at least 59 homeowners cast ballots. Following last year's lack of quorum, securing full participation is essential to establishing active, legally recognized leadership capable of implementing community improvements.

Seven candidates are running for five open seats. The three (3) candidates receiving the highest number of votes will serve two-year terms. The two (2) candidates receiving the next-highest number of votes will serve one-year terms and will be up for election again next year.

Paper Ballot
Completed paper ballots (enclosed in your physical mailer) must be received by noon on September 8, 2026. Mail to Cambridge Management, Ltd., 15941 S. Harlem Ave., PMB #108, Tinley Park, IL 60477 or email to Ed@cambridgeltd.net.

During the Zoom Meeting
Any eligible homeowner who has not yet voted electronically or via paper ballot may cast a remaining vote live during the meeting.
*Please vote in only one manner. If you have already voted online or returned a paper ballot, you do not need to vote again during the meeting.
